THE UFC FIGHTERS ROGERIO MINOTOURO , JUNIOR CIGANO , FABRICIO MORANGO TRAINING GINASTICA NATURAL AFTER A SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR FIGHTERS IN THE POOL , MINOTOURO AND MORANGO WILL FIGHT IN NOVEMBER 21st IN LAS VEGAS.
The Ginastica Natural training in Oregon before the fight of Rodrigo Minotauro against Randy Couture, had the participation of the athletes Anderson Silva e Junior Cigano.
Minotauro trained for 2 months to increase his speed and flexibility.
Mental techniques, breath techniques, and also motivation belong to Professor Alvaros Romano's training method besides Ginastica Natural.
Lots of athletes that have been training with Professor Alvaro proved the efficiency of these techniques.
Rodrigo "Minotauro" Nogueira first time met this techniques when praparing for his fight for the last UFC. Xande Ribeiro and Rani to ADCC. From now on the UFC's fighter intend having GN as part of his training, as another champions have been doing'

Prof. Alvaro Romano was in Las Vegas, Nevada to lesson some seminars and special classes at The Ultimate Fighter Academy and at the FASI SPORTS CLUB.
Prof. Romano went to Japan for Xande's sencond MMA fight on the famous event SENGOKU in Japan. Xande knockout his oponent on the 3 round, and bring one more win.
Prof. Romano is passing to the japonese people the Ginastica Natural Method, all the history, exercises and philosophy. Professor is visiting all the Japonese Temple for good vibes for a health life.
Alvaro Romano was in Canada for Jiu-Jitsu and Ginastica Natural Seminars with Xande and Saulo Ribeiro.
Xande did a Ginastica Natural and jiujitsu training in the morning and a Muay thai sparring in the afternom with the K-1 fighter Dida and Mauricio.
