  Professor Alvaro Romano registered in videos all of the history of the creation of Ginastica Natural. Through a friend who produced the videos and footage of athletes, he has the history of the method documented. The idea of Ginastica Natural, the training which he did alone, and the analysis of each movement which was made before taking them to the gyms, is a unique material which supports years of research.
